ABOUT ME
CHARLOTTA EKER
Lund, Sweden
Agilista AB is owned and lead by me, Charlotta Eker.
I have many years of experience as Project Manager, PMO Director, Scrum Master, Agile Coach and Consultant.
I have been involved in several large-scale agile transformations and have long experience as a speaker and trainer in lean, agile, Scrum, SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), project management and leadership. In my work I put a lot of focus on teamwork and communication.
I help companies find better ways of working and become more efficient. I look forward to hearing from you!
WHAT I DO
AGILE COACHING
I help individuals and teams
embrace agile principles and improve their adoption of agile methods and practices.
TRAINING
I provide trainings at all levels within the organization - roles, teams and leadership, and I am licensed to teach certification trainings in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
CONSULTING
I lead and support the
transition process from the inside. I also take on operational roles in teams and programs.
